Dr. Koo is a resident in neurological surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital. He received his undergraduate degree in Public Health and Biology and received his MD from the Yale School of Medicine. His interest in health policy parallels his academic research where he examines healthcare utilization and cost and risk factors in neurosurgical care to improve clinical decision-making. Dr. Koo serves as the Healing Tide's lead medical advisor.
